In this section, we'll learn how to read the view's frame values when the user is scrolling. We will create our own trackable scroll view using ScrollView, GeometryReader and PreferenceKey. We'll then use that trackable scroll view to detect the offset of the child element, all while considering its parent. This will allow us to change the status bar background when the user reach a certain point.
