Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal for the one-year plan only. Purchasing through PayPal will not renew your subscription at the end of your one-year period.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes! Please email us your student ID at support@designcode.io and we’ll be happy to send you a discount code.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel at any time in your Account tab. Your plan will set to renew automatically unless you cancel it, in which case your access will end at the end of the current period. Please note that if you subscribed through PayPal, your subscription will not renew and will automatically be cancelled at the end of your one-year period.
How do I pay?
You can purchase a Pro subscription anytime with a credit card. Or, you can purchase an annual plan with PayPal that will not auto-renew.
How many courses are coming?
We release an average of 10 courses per calendar year.
Who is responsible for team payments?
Any account can be upgraded to a Team by entering payment information. This will make them a team admin. After upgrading, only admins can access the Admin Dashboard and manage future payments for the team.
Can I download the content?
Yes, you can download the videos, source files, ePub files and resources such as icons, illustrations, mockups, etc. These come with your subscription, even the monthly plan.
