After connecting the NotificationViewModel to our View, we'll learn how to call a function on change of the scenePhase. We'll also learn about didSet, that allows us to execute some code once the variable is set. Finally, we'll update the NotificationsRow's UI depending on wether the user allowed or not notifications for our application.
